Our events and workshops aim to bring together inspirational authorities and respected influencers in the world of mental wellness. The opportunity to “hang out” gives you a more educational and immersive experience via a one-off event or a series of weekly themed workshops. You’ll also get the opportunity to connect with like-minded people and walk away armed with more tools to add to your resilience toolkit!
Think of our events and workshop calendar a little like a mini retreat, it’s your opportunity to hit the pause button, reset and build some life resilience. It could be a life coaching workshop to help you untangle and better understand your sense of self-worth, a talk on coping strategies to help manage anxiety and stress, a transformational breathwork and relaxing gong bath session or a somatic movement workshop to help you get out of your head and into your body.
