Join us at Resilience Zone for a 90-minute workshop with meditation practitioner Ciara McGinley of the mindfulness platform Finding Quiet.
In this workshop, you'll discover the benefits of mindfulness for your overall well-being - from sleeping better and managing stress to cultivating gratitude and building resilience.
The session will begin with a calming breathwork exercise that you can turn to at any time, anywhere, to ground you in the present moment. Ciara will dive into the benefits of mindful living and share realistic tools and techniques you can implement into your own life to help you live more mindfully. She'll also guide you through a visualization meditation, finishing the session with a personal journaling exercise that you can use as a framework to build a life rooted in mindfulness following the workshop.
