Natalie Muallem is a qualified mindfulness teacher and registered with BAMBA (The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches). She runs mindfulness workshops, courses and meditation sessions for the general public, in the workplace and offers 1-1 coaching. Her sessions are designed to help people prioritise their well-being through mindfulness in a way that is realistic to their lifestyle. She offers tools to help manage stress and overwhelm, build emotional resilience and create more moments of clarity and calm.
