This event is about offering you the tools and practices to have these conversations with confidence, clarity, and kindness.
We will look at
- breathing techniques to support feeling grounded
- voice work to allow ourselves to own what we say
- 'muscle firming' to build levels of testosterone and adrenaline and to manage cortisol spikes
- identifying the most appropriate language and structure for these conversations.
