We pay attention to what we eat, how we sleep and how much we are exercising, but when was the last time you thought about how you are breathing?
We breathe 20,000 times a day and most of us don’t realise that our breath has the ability to change the way we are feeling at any moment.
Breathwork is the simplest, yet one of the most effective tools for transforming the state of your mental, physical and emotional health.
In this workshop you will be guided through an immersive and powerful breath experience designed to RELEASE stress and tension, improve mental clarity and focus and enable a greater connection to self, intuition, and creativity.
We will begin by tuning in to the body, the breath, using various techniques before diving into our connected breath.
Conscious connected breathwork (otherwise known as circular breathing) is a powerful modality that enables you to clear emotional blockages, reconnect to your intuition, and gain clarity around what it is that really serves you.
We will finish with a gratitude meditation and optional sharing of your experiences.
