Our weekly classes, events and workshops aim to bring together inspirational authorities and respected influencers in the world of holistic health and wellness

Our wellness calendar offers you the opportunity to “hang out” weekly via a regular class with your favourite teacher or to enrol for something more immersive via a one-off event or a series of weekly-themed workshops.

Think of our wellness calendar as your “go-to” place to hit the pause button, reset and build some life resilience. It could be an educational talk, a transformational breathwork and relaxing gong bath, or a somatic movement workshop to help you get out of your head and into your body; whatever it is, our aim is to bring you a timetable that feeds you both physically and mentally.
